Matec Competition
Matec Competition is a benchmark structure in French karting, based at ASK Rouen in Normandy (Anneville-Ambourville). Run by Didier Blot, it embodies the standards and the discipline that make the difference at the highest level.
The team provides a complete environment: technical preparation of the chassis and the engine, in-depth data analysis, trackside coaching and individual follow-up for every driver.
This is the structure Jaden Beye chose to continue his development, with proven guidance that has already taken drivers all the way to the highest categories of world motorsport.
Didier Blot
Reference du karting francais depuis plus de trois decennies, Didier Blot dirige le team Matec Competition et a forge certains des plus grands talents du sport automobile francais contemporain.
Son palmares de formation est unique : il a accompagne des pilotes passes au plus haut niveau, dont Pierre Gasly et Esteban Ocon pilotes de Formule 1 Alpine et Haas F1 TEAM, et suit aujourd'hui des espoirs comme Lisa Billard.
Sa methode repose sur une lecture fine de la data et des onboards, une mise au point chassis-moteur precise, et un travail rigoureux sur la regularite et la gestion des phases critiques.
Didier a choisi d'investir du temps sur Jaden Beye sur la base d'un potentiel confirme, d'une courbe de progression rapide et d'un etat d'esprit exemplaire.

Psychologue du sport reconnu, Gilles Binet accompagne Jaden dans sa preparation mentale : gestion du stress, concentration, relachement et confiance.
Depuis 1996, il accompagne des athletes de haut niveau issus d'horizons sportifs varies : handball, basket-ball, aviron, natation, tennis, patinage, badminton, sports de combat, voile, entre autres.
Il a egalement travaille avec la selection du Senegal lors de la Coupe d'Afrique des Nations, ainsi qu'avec le nageur olympique Hugues Duboscq.
